Description
EDITGENE specializes in providing high-quality CRISPR screening services. First, a high-coverage and homogeneous plasmid library is prepared (Gini Index <0.1, coverage rate >99%). The plasmid library is then packaged into lentivirus using a well-established system. Virus supernatant is collected, concentrated, and titrated using a cell-based assay to ensure high infection efficiency. The CRISPR library lentivirus provided by EDITGENE can be directly used to construct a library cell pool, streamlining the process by eliminating steps like plasmid library amplification, plasmid library QC, and viral packaging, thus accelerating the experimental workflow.
