Description

TYRO3 is a member of the TAM receptor tyrosine kinase family (TYRO3, AXL, MERTK). It is involved in cell survival, proliferation, migration, and phagocytosis. TYRO3 is activated by the ligands GAS6 and PROS1 and plays roles in immune regulation, spermatogenesis, and cancer progression.
