Description
TRIM73 (tripartite motif containing 73) is a protein-coding gene belonging to the TRIM/RBCC family. The encoded protein contains a RING finger domain, B-box zinc finger, and coiled-coil region, and is involved in ubiquitination and innate immune signaling. TRIM73 is located on chromosome 7q11.23 and is expressed in multiple tissues.

Protein Summary
The TRIM73 protein (UniProt Q6PJ69) is a 374-amino acid member of the tripartite motif family. It contains a RING-type zinc finger domain (residues 15-57), two B-box-type zinc fingers (residues 93-136 and 141-183), and a coiled-coil region (residues 194-233). The RING domain mediates E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Expression is low in most tissues, with highest levels in testis and thyroid.
