Description
PARP15 (Poly(ADP-Ribose) Polymerase Family Member 15) encodes a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of ADP-ribose from NAD+ to target proteins. It belongs to the PARP family and contains a macrodomain that binds ADP-ribose. PARP15 is involved in cellular stress responses, immune signaling, and transcriptional regulation.
