Description
PARP14 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 14) encodes a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase that catalyzes the transfer of ADP-ribose from NAD+ to target proteins. It is involved in DNA damage repair, transcriptional regulation, and immune signaling. PARP14 promotes cell survival under stress and has been implicated in cancer progression, particularly in multiple myeloma, breast cancer, and lymphoma.
