Description
IL20 (Interleukin 20) is a member of the IL-10 family of cytokines. It signals through a receptor complex composed of IL20RA and IL20RB, activating STAT3 and other downstream pathways. IL20 is involved in the regulation of immune responses, keratinocyte proliferation, and angiogenesis. Overexpression is associated with inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and with certain cancers.
