Description

CCR7 (C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 7) is a G protein-coupled receptor for chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. It is expressed on various immune cells, including naive and central memory T cells, B cells, and mature dendritic cells. CCR7 directs cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs, playing a critical role in immune surveillance, tolerance, and adaptive immune responses. Dysregulation of CCR7 is implicated in cancer metastasis, inflammatory diseases, and immune disorders.
