Description

CCR6 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 6) is a G protein-coupled receptor that specifically binds the chemokine CCL20. It is expressed on various immune cells, including dendritic cells, memory T cells, and B cells, and plays a critical role in immune cell trafficking, lymphoid organ development, and inflammatory responses. CCR6 is involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer.
