Description
CCR10 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 10) is a G protein-coupled receptor for chemokines CCL27 and CCL28. It plays a key role in the homing of memory T lymphocytes to the skin and mucosal tissues, and is involved in inflammatory responses and cancer metastasis.
