Description
CCR1 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 1) is a G protein-coupled receptor for several C-C chemokines, including CCL3 (MIP-1α), CCL5 (RANTES), CCL7 (MCP-3), and CCL23 (MPIF-1). It mediates chemotaxis of monocytes, neutrophils, and lymphocytes, playing a critical role in inflammation, immune response, and cancer metastasis. The gene is located on chromosome 3p21.31 and is expressed in multiple immune and non-immune tissues.

Protein Summary
