Description

CCL17 (C-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 17), also known as TARC (Thymus and Activation-Regulated Chemokine), is a chemokine that binds to CCR4 and CCR8 receptors. It plays a key role in chemoattraction of Th2-type T cells, dendritic cells, and eosinophils, and is implicated in allergic inflammation, atopic dermatitis, and certain lymphomas.
