Description
ARPC4-TTLL3 is a readthrough transcript that spans the ARPC4 and TTLL3 genes on chromosome 3. The resulting mRNA is predicted to undergo nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) and may not produce a stable protein. ARPC4 encodes a component of the Arp2/3 complex involved in actin polymerization, while TTLL3 encodes a tubulin tyrosine ligase involved in tubulin polyglutamylation.
