Description
ARF6 (ADP Ribosylation Factor 6) is a member of the ARF family of small GTP-binding proteins. It functions as a key regulator of membrane trafficking, endocytosis, and actin cytoskeleton remodeling. ARF6 cycles between an active GTP-bound form and an inactive GDP-bound form, controlling vesicle formation, cell adhesion, and cell migration.
