What is MAPK Signaling ?
The mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade transmits signals from cell surface receptors to the nucleus, regulating proliferation, differentiation and survival. Hyperactivation through mutations in RAS, BRAF or MEK drives many cancers. MAPK pathway inhibitors are approved therapies, but resistance is a major challenge.
