What is RAS Signaling ?
RAS proteins (KRAS, NRAS, HRAS) are small GTPases that act as molecular switches linking receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream signaling. Activating RAS mutations are among the most common oncogenic events in human cancer. Recent breakthroughs include FDA-approved KRAS G12C inhibitors, spurring intense research into RAS biology and inhibitor combinations.
