Overview
NK Cell Signaling
Study natural killer cell receptor signaling, activation, cytotoxicity and immune surveillance using CRISPR-engineered NK cell models.
What is NK Cell Signaling ?
NK cells are innate lymphocytes that kill virus-infected and tumor cells without prior sensitization. Their activity is governed by a balance of activating (e.g., NKG2D, CD16) and inhibitory (e.g., KIR, NKG2A) receptors. CRISPR-engineered NK cells are being developed for enhanced cancer immunotherapy.
