Precision Mutation Cell Panels
EDITGENE has newly launched an extensive library of ready-to-use point mutation cell lines, which continues to expand. Most of these cell lines are constructed using our pioneering gene editing technology that modifies specific bases without inducing double-strand DNA breaks. This approach offers high editing efficiency, a greater likelihood of homozygous mutations, and minimal off-target effects.
All these cell lines exhibit high viability and undergo rigorous quality control, including cell line authentication (STR profiling), sterility and mycoplasma testing, and Sanger sequencing validation.
