Single Cell Printer
Single clone screening is an important technique for separating individual cells from mixed cell samples to obtain highly homogeneous cells. EDITGENE has a mature single clone screening platform and uses the industry-leading 3D single-cell bioprinting technology to precisely achieve separation and localization of individual cells.
3D single-cell bioprinting technology utilizes non-contact operation, avoiding the issues of mechanical damage and background contamination, which helps maintain the integrity and biological activity of cells. The 3D single-cell bioprinting technology can avoid human errors in traditional limited dilution methods for single clone screening, ensure the reliability of screening results, and precisely separate and locate the individual cells for improving the success rate and work efficiency of single clone screening.
Advantages
Wide applicability
High screening efficiency
Reliable screening results
Extremely high cell survival rate
Sorting case
After culturing the mixed cell pool at 37 ℃/5% CO2 for 24 hours, single clone sorting was performed using single-cell printing technology based on morphological standards of cell size and roundness. Print the cells onto a 96 well-plate and continuously capture the images of the cells during the printing process to confirm that the clones originate from a single cell.
