Description
YTHDF2 is a member of the YTH domain family of RNA-binding proteins that specifically recognize and bind N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-modified RNAs. It plays a key role in post-transcriptional regulation by promoting the degradation of m6A-containing transcripts, thereby influencing mRNA stability, gene expression, and cellular processes such as stem cell differentiation, immune response, and tumorigenesis.
