Description

STK10 (Serine/Threonine Kinase 10) encodes a member of the STE20-like kinase family. The protein is involved in regulating lymphocyte migration, cell polarity, and cytoskeletal reorganization. It phosphorylates and activates downstream targets such as p21-activated kinases (PAKs) and plays a role in immune cell trafficking and T-cell activation.
