Description
INTS12 encodes a subunit of the Integrator complex, which is required for the 3'-end processing of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) and plays a role in transcriptional regulation of protein-coding genes. The protein contains a PHD finger domain and interacts with other Integrator subunits to mediate RNA polymerase II termination.
