Description
CCL27 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 27), also known as CTACK (cutaneous T-cell-attracting chemokine), is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. It is predominantly expressed in the skin (keratinocytes) and selectively attracts memory T cells expressing the receptor CCR10. CCL27 plays a critical role in skin immune surveillance, inflammatory responses, and has been implicated in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and melanoma progression.
