Overview
Stem Cell Pluripotency
Study pluripotency networks (OCT4, SOX2, NANOG), self-renewal and differentiation using CRISPR-engineered pluripotent stem cells.
What is Stem Cell Pluripotency ?
Pluripotency is the ability of a stem cell to differentiate into all three germ layers. It is maintained by a core transcriptional network including OCT4, SOX2 and NANOG, and regulated by signaling pathways (FGF, TGF-β, Wnt). CRISPR tools enable dissection of the pluripotency circuit and its dissolution during differentiation, with applications in regenerative medicine.
